The private delicacy sunflower chicken is a must-order dish every time I come here. It is beautifully shaped and the golden chicken skin is mouth-watering. The chicken is fresh and fragrant. The rose salt marbled beef is cooked at the right temperature, the meat is delicate and melts in the mouth. The ginger-fried pork knuckle has just the right amount of tendons and meat. The service is pretty good and considerate.

On the 3rd floor of Guangzhou Ritz-Carlton Hotel, reservations can be made in advance. The style is simple and elegant, with 7 semi-open boxes and 6 VIP rooms. From traditional dim sum to seasonal delicacies, the Peking duck is delicious.
